Sous Vide Food / Sous Smoke


Overall, the Sous Vide has created amazing results.

So far:
  1. Chuck Steak(10 hours)
  2. Chuck Steak(24 hours)
  3. Rib steak(1 hour)
  4. Rib Roast (22 hours)
  5. Creme Brulee()
Modified to control Smoker
  1. Ribs
  2. Brisket
  3. Pork Shoulder

(Still amazing.  Entire roast was Medium Rare, tender as a good prime-rib)

A Quick conversion to improve the electric smoker
1 $65 electric smoker (Home Depot, etc...)
1 water heater blanket (normally use when it's below zero, but it can "over cook" if its warmer, enter the Sous-Smoke
1 Sous- vide PID temperature controller system
